These terms explain how to use REVEL at watchrevel.com. REVEL is operated under the trading name Caswell Labs in England, United Kingdom. REVEL recommends films and TV shows from its media catalogue. For questions, email [email protected].

Accounts and use

You can create an account with a username, email address and password. You must verify your email with a six digit code before using protected features. Keep your sign in details private and use an email address you control. Tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Use REVEL lawfully. Do not probe or interfere with the service, bypass recommendation limits or access another person’s account or private data. You are responsible for text you submit in your profile, ratings, reviews and session names. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

Recommendations and availability

Free accounts receive five personal picks per UTC calendar day. REVEL Premium removes that personal limit. Recommendations reflect the catalogue, your ratings and preferences, and the information available at the time. They are suggestions, not a guarantee that you will like or be able to stream a title. Streaming services, prices, regions and availability can change; check the streaming service before renting, buying or subscribing.

Posters, title details and availability come from third party sources. REVEL does not provide the films or shows or grant rights to watch them. Links to streaming services take you to those providers under their own terms.

Friends and Watch Together

You can find other users by username, send friend requests and invite friends to Watch Together sessions. A session can produce group picks only while at least one active participant has REVEL Premium. The group picker uses participating members’ preferences and exclusions. Do not invite anyone who has not agreed to participate. A session host can end the room.

REVEL Premium and payment

REVEL Premium costs £9.99 as a One Time Payment. There is no free trial, subscription or recurring billing. It provides unlimited personal picks and can unlock Watch Together for a group containing at least one Premium participant. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Premium access begins immediately after REVEL receives verified payment confirmation. The Checkout page shows the final amount before you pay.

Before going to Checkout, you must expressly request that REVEL starts Premium access as soon as payment is confirmed. This is an ongoing recommendation service: starting access does not itself end your 14-day cancellation right. You can cancel within 14 days after purchase without giving a reason. REVEL will refund the £9.99 payment in full if you cancel in that period, even if you have used Premium. We do not deduct a charge for that early use. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights if Premium is faulty or not supplied as promised.

To cancel or request a refund, email [email protected] with a clear statement and your REVEL account email. You may use this optional model form: “To Caswell Labs, 30 Spencer Street, Northwich, CW8 1BP, United Kingdom, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I cancel my REVEL Premium purchase. Ordered on: ____. Name: ____. Address: ____. Date: ____.” You may send any other clear statement instead. We will acknowledge your request and handle refunds without undue delay, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. After the 14-day cancellation period, contact us about payment errors, faulty service or any discretionary refund request; we assess these separately and do not promise an arbitrary refund window. A purchase confirmation with this information is emailed to your account address.

Service and intellectual property

We may need to pause parts of REVEL for maintenance, provider outages or security. We will try to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular number of matching titles. REVEL’s own design, code and branding remain with its operator. Films, shows, posters, descriptions and provider marks belong to their respective owners. You may use REVEL for personal discovery. You may not copy or resell REVEL’s proprietary software or branding. Third-party catalogue data remains subject to its stated source licences; nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted by CC0 or CC BY-SA. See the media data attribution and licence information.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be signposted on the site. The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and its courts have nonexclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
